Sobeys/IGA renews agreement with VIF Télé for its network of in-store Digital Signage screens
Sobeys once again renews its partnership with VIF Télé.
Building on a business relationship spanning more than 14 years, this new multi-year agreement covers the supply, operation and maintenance of the Digital Signage network in IGA supermarkets across Quebec.
IGA stores were among the first in Quebec to adopt Digital Signage to strengthen and enhance the in-store experience.
The renewed collaboration between VIF Télé and Sobeys/IGA begins with the implementation of a new generation of Digital Signage screens in its stores, both in the service departments and on the Ready-to-Eat menus.
In recent years, this partnership has led to international recognition in Digital Signage with a «Global Digital Signage Award», for the interactive kiosk implemented as part of the « Frais du Toit» project at IGA Duchemin in Ville St-Laurent, Quebec.

VIF Télé has also been supplying IGA’s in-store radio for nearly 10 years. Music programming is selected by each retailer and includes audio messages, some of which can be programmed locally.
