VIF Communication Inc, a company incorporated in Canada, located at 924 Rue Verchères, Longueuil, QC J4K 2Z1. VIF Communication Inc. is the owner and administrator of the www.viftele.com website, hereinafter referred to as VIF Communication.
Your privacy is important to VIF Communication. In this document, VIF Communication discloses its information practices for its Web sites, including what types of information it seeks and collects, how it uses that information, and with whom it shares it.

Processing of Transaction Requests

Discussion groups

VIF Communication is a global organization with cross-border legal entities, business processes, management structures and technical systems.

For example, we track visitor domain information and measure visitor activity on our Web sites, but we do so using methods that ensure the anonymity of the information collected. This anonymous information is sometimes referred to as “clickstream data”.

If you disable cookies, Web beacons and other technologies will still detect your visits to these pages, but the notices generated cannot be associated with other anonymous cookie information and will be disregarded.
Service quality control
Some Web transactions may involve a telephone call between you and VIF Communication. Please note that it is standard practice for VIF Communication to monitor, and in some cases record, such calls for purposes of personnel training, security or quality assurance.
Online advertising
Some companies assist VIF Communication with interactive online advertising, such as banner ads. These companies may collect and use customer information to help VIF Communication understand what types of offers, promotions and advertising are most appealing to its customers. The information collected is then assembled in such a way that it cannot be associated with a specific individual.
Custom URL links
From time to time, VIF Communication may personalize Web sites for certain visitors. If you choose to visit one of these Web sites, you consent to its collection of information about your visits and its association with other information about you and your relationship with VIF Communication. Please note that in certain circumstances, personal information may have to be disclosed in response to subpoenas, warrants or judicial or government orders.
